Zartify is a digital platform offering:
• Curated and digitally restored public domain artworks.
• Select original art and design works provided by artists or our in-house creators.
Resources are primarily intended for educational, research, or personal inspiration purposes. Files may be available in high-resolution digital formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF.NG and PDF.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
• You may browse the Site without creating an account.
• Certain features (such as downloads or access to premium resources) may require registration or payment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and account creation.
• You agree not to redistribute downloaded files in a way that violates copyright laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Invoicing
• Digital files are paid products, offered either individually or as part of a premium membership.
• All prices are one-time payments and include applicable taxes.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive:
• Direct download access (for single artworks);
• Unlimited downloads (if you are a Premium Member).
• All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
• A digital invoice will be emailed to you automatically after payment by Paddle.
Zartify may update pricing, payment methods, and access models at any time without prior notice.
4. Refunds and Limitations
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a duplicate purchase or payment error occurs, please contact us at service@zartify.com with relevant details. We will review and resolve the matter in good faith.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
• All public domain materials are selected and verified with reasonable care.
• Original artworks or curated content (including descriptions, compilations, and digital restorations) are protected under copyright or database rights.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please notify us at service@zartify.com with a proper DMCA or equivalent request. We will respond promptly in compliance with applicable law.
5. User Conduct and Site Availability
You agree to use the Site responsibly. You must not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin systems or private user data;
• Use automated scraping tools without written permission;
• Resell or sublicense any content from the Site.
Zartify provides the Site and its content “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or usability.
7. Premium Membership
• Premium Members are granted lifetime access to all high-resolution digital resources available on Zartify. “Lifetime access” refers to the period during which Zartify remains operational and continues to provide access to its digital library. In the event of platform discontinuation, significant restructuring, or changes in ownership, Zartify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice.
• Memberships are one-time purchases unless stated otherwise, and non-refundable.
• Zartify may offer occasional promotions or discounts, which do not affect the core terms of this agreement.
8. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
III. Legal and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zartify is registered.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
